Shipping Policy

All orders which is in stock will ship next working day before 3pm JST time , via UPS, FedEx or EMS from our Osaka warehouse. Some marked in stock at Hong Kong's or send out at Hong Kong's product will ship next working day before 3pm HKT time , via SF-Express, Zeek or another courier from our Fotan warehouse. Product Orders/Returns

All orders placed through the Website are subject to online.store's acceptance. This means that online.store may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, online.store will issue you a refund. No returns will be accepted on open packing.

c）如未能貨到後七天內支付有該款項，將會由帳目管理公司代收款項。而帳目管理公司將會另收取35%手續費，將由客户承擔，並會每月會產生滯留費為5%<br>
